I have a huge double room right in between Mile End & Stepney Green from 1st May. You can walk to both tube stations in 6 minutes.

I really feel sad that I need to move out of this flat. I love the guys I'm staying with, even though I'm the only girl in the flat! They are all very cool and fun people. And the flat is newly renovated. With the great location, I find it very easy to commute to everywhere in London. However, due to personal reasons, I need to find someone to replace this place as my contract is till January. You can choose to extend it or you can leave the contract 13 weeks before it ends without losing the deposit. So if you like the East end and would like to have a viewing, please don't hesitate to contact me. It was newly renovated over last Christmas. I'm sure you will enjoy this place!

The Flat:

It is a spacious, four bedroom property that is conveniently located between Stepney Green & Mile End. The property has been subject to major renovation works such as the installation of a brand new bathroom and partition that has added extra space to the area. Brand new modern facilities with all bills included. The pictures were taken by the agency. It looks more roomy in person.

About the flatmates:

There are 3 lovely and witty guys aged between 24 to 30. One works in a hospital as a chemist, another is a tax consultant and the other is market strategy analyst. They are all up for a chat when people are around.

The rent:

All bills included.
For a single, 190 per week, for a couple it's 200 per week in total! Plus Agency fee £197 for a single, £297 for a couple. One month deposit required.
