As I am now sadly leaving the room after 8 years, there will be a friendly group of three looking for a fourth person to live with them. Three girls- one Aussie, English and a Swiss girl.
We/they are looking for a new easy going flatmate.
The property is a nice duplex with two floors. The room we are posting for is the smallest room on the top floor. The room is newly painted, furnished with a single bed and a closet.

As well on the ground floor there is the kitchen and a toilet.
On second floor there are three rooms and the bathroom.
There is a nice park on front of the house which is lovely.
Laminated flooring and a new washing machine.

*Please note, there is No living room.*
Located just behind Stepney Green Station, a short walk to Bethnal Green and just one stop to Whitechapel for the Overground. Buses 25, 205, 309. A 3 minute walk to a big ASDA and 2min walk from a local Sainsburys and a Tesco just around the corner.
Brick lane and Regents Canal only 15min away.

Bills are not included, but they are not more than £60-80 per month.
