Awesome apartment in Stockwell, large living room

Large and spacious room available in clean comfortable apartment. Move in date is flexible.

The apartment has a large living room which we all use and really makes a difference to a lot of the other apartments in London which just have bedrooms and a kitchen. So whenever we get a chance we try and have diners together.

The room is large and comes with wardrobe and bed, with two large windows the room is very light.

The apartment is on the 5th floor and has a great view of London, it is a 5 minuet walk from Stockwell station and under 15 minuet walk to Vauxhall. The area feels very safe and there are an abundance of shops and pubs in the area with Brixton just down the road.

All bills are included.
I'm the lead tenant and have been living here for 3 years, and I never have any issues with the landlord.

I'm Wilf 29, and I am a project catering manager in and the other flat mate is John 32, works for playstation. We both get on well and often have dinner and drinks together but also respect the fact that sometime we all need our own space.
