Large double room with direct access to the balcony in newly refurbished flat less than 10 mins walk from Stockwell tube.
Newly refurbished kitchen, bathroom, separate WC and balcony.
All bills (inc. broadband) included. Cleaner for common areas also comes once per week.
Please note that the current tenant has a sofa bed (the sofa seen in the photo) so this will be replaced with a normal bed. The coffee table and tv cabinet also belong to the tenant so these will be going. The rest of the furniture and shelves will be staying.
All 3 tenants are long-term tenants and have lived here several years so looking for someone nice to join them. It’s a very clean, tidy and nice-smelling flat so am looking for someone with similar priorities.
Strictly non-smoking house.
