One double room in happy house share- Zone 2

We have one double room available in our four person house share in Stockwell, 5 minutes’ walk from Stockwell station (Northern and Victoria line). The room is on the first floor with the other bedrooms, bathroom and second toilet/shower. It comes with a bed frame, mattress and wardrobe. It has also just been redecorated. please make sure you check out the video.

There are two female and two male housemates currently living here but the two guys are sadly moving overseas for work after all living together for 2.5 years. I (Rudy) am 30 and currently working from home and Steph is 35 and still going into work. We have an office style set up in the living room currently so there is space to WFH in there if necessary. (See video). We enjoy cooking, exercising in the garden, watching films together and having some drinks. Pre lockdown this list was slightly more extensive! Our house is our home and we really look after and take care of it so would like housemates that want to do the same.
