We have a large double bed room in our 2 bed maisonette flat to rent out. Short term or longer term length can be discussed. Gay household, all are welcome. Suited for 1 person only (not couples).

The flat in is an estate block. Inside the flat is modern and clean. Only 5min walk to Stockwell station, 8min walk to Oval, a short bus journey to Brixton, Clapham, Vauxhall.

The room is large and well furnished. The flat has a shared living room and kitchen (first floor), and shared bathroom and wc (second floor)..

I work as a designer, and my partner works in advertising/magazines etc.
