Bright double room from 15/09

Hello, I'm looking for a new flatmate (over 38 y. o. and female only) to join me from 15 of September, in a bright two-bedroom split-level flat (at the 13floor).

The flat is located within a 5-minute walk from Stockwell station (Northern and Victoria line). It is also very close to the Clapham Overground.

About the room: It’s furnished and it incredibly bright with a nice view.

The rent is £ 950 where £750 is for rent ( plus 5 weeks of deposit) and the Bills are approximately £190/200 each (this includes council tax, electricity, water and wi-fi). We also add around £5 each when needed for general use supplies. There is not a lounge, but the kitchen is spacious and bright with a dining table and balcony.

About me: I'm Italian and work from home (8:30 am to 5 pm). I’m a bit artist as I like painting, and drawing and I do Street photography. I like going out with friends but also staying in during the week. I'm tidy and considerate, so it world be nice to live with someone similar. I am a sociable person and enjoy London’s nightlife but I don’t take the party home 😉
