30sec walk to bus links to central London and to bars and Clapham Common. 30sec walk to local shops, chemist, coffee shops with the added bonus of 15sec walk to the local doctor surgery.

The double room contains a lovely Silent night double bed, double Wardrobe with draws.

Large well equip kitchen, shared fully tiled bathroom.

I run my own catering business and ideally need someone who doesn't use the kitchen much.

Looking for:
- Clean, quiet professional who loves their own space.
- No full-time or part time remote workers
- Prefered Mon - Fri letting, but 7 days is available
- Short-term Only (2 - 4months)
