Stockwell 2 bed flat

We are moving out of our 2 bed flat and looking for new people to move in. We are sad to be moving as it’s a really nice lil home but we are moving in with some other pals.

Really good location on a quiet road! Less than 10 mins walk to Stockwell station (Victoria and northern line) which gets you into central in 5/10 mins. Big Lidl 5 mins walk away which is a dream and some nice local pubs on your doorstep (canton arms and crown and anchor)

Also 15 mins walk to Brixton with 1 million things to do and 10 mins to oval.

The flat: huge living room, two double rooms one with a shower en suite and another bathroom with a bath, so you’ll each have your own. There’s also a parking space in a gated off bit which you’ll get a key to. Also some communal grass to sit on in the summer but garden is a bit of a grandiose term.

Neighbours are really nice and unique selling point is that it’s opposite vincent van goghs old house which is now a gallery (if you’re into that kind of thing)

Looking to move out end of September so this is quite far ahead but wanted to find people early, message if you have any questions!
