i am sadly leaving this friendly 3-bed flat (less than 10 mins walk from both Stockwell and Brixton tubes!) as I'm moving across London. You'll get to live with Adam and Dave, both lovely and chilled guys working standard hours in Central.
*The room*
Very large double (as such I pay more rent than the other flatmates but still a steal!) with huge mirrored wardrobe which you can't see in the photo. As well as the bed, the room comes with bedside table, desk, chest of drawers and a cabinet thing with lots of extra space to fill.
*The flat*
It has a balcony and very large living room with 4-seater sofa, TV, bookcase and table with 4 chairs for eating. Kitchen is also big (2 fridges), and there's a shower room and separate toilet.
*Location*
Very close to Brixton for excellent bars etc, Clapham for bougie brunches or the Common, great transport links in general! There's also a pretty nice new pub at the end of the street.
*Bills*
Bills tend to come to around £100 a month, including a fortnightly cleaner and Virgin TV.
The lease is due for renewal at the end of January, hence why I have put a minimum term of 4 months. However, it can be renewed at this point and the current tenants are intending to stay on.
