1 Bed Flat in Stockwell need a replacement ASAP

I am renting a 1 bed flat, in Stockwell and I need someone to replace me on my
current tenancy contract, since I am moving out of the UK.

As I need to move as soon as possible for work, the move in date is flexible.
When the new contract is signed, I will just need a few days to move my things out.

A double bed is included with the flat, the rest of the furniture can remain
upon negotiation.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from the Stockwell tube station and 15 minute
walk from Brixton tube station.

Great location for quick access to central London.
There is a Co-op supermarket nearby which is a 5-6 minute walk as well as a
Tesco Express at around the same distance.
The Slade Gardens park is on the opposite side of the road and next to the
park there is a Crown & Anchor pub.
There is also a royal mail delivery office which is also a 5 minute walk!
The washing machine has a dryer function as well.

Bills include:
- Electricity, which it is usually £19.75
- Water bill which is about to £20 per month
- Gas for heating and hot water. Gas is by topping up, I have paid £125 so
far, since January of this year.
- Council tax, where you can get a discount if you are going to be only one
tenant.
