Our current housemate Christian has just moved out, so the ROOM IS **AVAILABLE NOW** - you'd be sharing with two other young professionals (33M & 29M) who work predominantly from home.
The price include all bills (Council tax, gas, electricity, water, fibre broadband, fortnightly cleaner) that are managed and covered by the landlord (me), and is payable up front on the first of each month.
With Brixton and Clapham within walking distance, as well as the pubs, restaurants and amenities in Stockwell, it's a superb place to call home. Inside the house there is plenty of space for three people to work comfortably from home - the other two rooms have desks, while another desk and monitor is set up in the living room (where the new housemate could WFH).
