Great double bedroom available in Stockwell

Great double bedroom available from January 2020. I have lived in the house for nearly 10 years, but need to move out to get on the property ladder! It’s in a great location, ideally in between Stockwell and Vauxhall tube stations and a minute walk from the new Nine Elms stations on the Northern Line due to open next year.

The remaining housemates are both working professionals. Amy, 35, is from Camden and has lived in the house for nearly 5 years and Andrew, 27, is from Texas and had been in the house since August.

It’s a great place, with a great communal kitchen / living room and an amazing terrace that gets the sun all day in the summer!

Rent is really good for the area, partly because I’ve lived in the place for so long, and the deposit is only £469! Bills are organised by the housemates, and are roughly £120 a month. There is sky tv and WiFi.

The date I am moving out is the 18th January, but can be a little flexible if needed!
