We are a young professional couple looking to let a large spare room in our lovely home for 1-year contract. The rent will be £650/month including ALL BILLS.
Location: Zone 2, SW8 – the ideal place for accessing central London at an affordable price. Vauxhall and Stockwell tube stations are just a short walk away, and there is a Pure Gym, large Sainsbury, and Tesco Express all very close by.
The flat: Spacious and very well kept, with fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine, plenty of cutlery, crockery etc), large living room/dining area, bathroom (with shower and storage space), toilet and 2 double bedrooms. We have a TV with Netflix & Amazon and an electric piano. Our internet is Vodafone Superfast Fibre Broadband and is very quick and reliable.
Your room: Fully furnished with a spacious closet and double bed, plus wonderful view of Battersea Power Station.
About us: We are a very polite and welcoming English/Italian couple. I work as an EA and my partner is an engineer currently both WFH. We like to read, keep fit, watch films, go walking, go to our local pub quiz. Although we’re friendly and sociable, we also like our private space.
