Looking for a single, working professional. The house is very well located just 5mins walk to Stockwell and Nine Elms tube stations and a close walk to the river. There is a family bathroom that is for the tennant. Two other people in house -three bathrooms in total. Well equipped kitchen and a SW facing patio garden. Looking for someone who is tidy, independent, and ideally working during the day outside the home. All bills included - council tax, heating, electrics, water and wifi and a weekly cleaner.
