Description
Move-in date is ideally early March but we are very flexible (latest March 15th).
We are looking for a tidy, sociable, professional in their 30’s who would be happy to socialise in the living room from time to time:)
We are 2 friendly professionals (1 male, 1 female) who enjoy watching TV in the lounge, karaoke, the occasional board game!
Nick likes games (video and board) as much as he enjoys a good cycle/run/game of squash.
Anna loves running, travelling and her copious amounts of plants.
The house has the following:
-Kitchen
-Big Lounge
-Bathroom
-Separate Toilet
-Big Garden
Excellent convenient location in Zone 2 close to Stockwell Tube (5mins), Nine Elms station (10mins) and Brixton/Clapham nightlife (10mins), as well as great nearby pubs and restaurants and a big supermarket.
Bills are around £140/month + (bills include council tax)
