We are after a new house mate to take over a room as our Kiwi housemate had to return home. A bit about us, we’re 4 young professionals - 3 British guys 26-27 and 1 Aussie girl 25 who all get on great and have become friends.
We’re a social house and will always make sure everyone has something to do, but equally love our own space as the house is huge so we are never on top of each other.
We’re looking someone who can also be social but can respect personal space and has general consideration for others, keeping things tidy and peaceful is a must.

Is available from April, with no rent payment needed until April 27th. The room is Room £660 +£90 SET BILLS and deposit required!
