The room is available from July 10th 2021

A bright double room with lots of storage space in the heart of Stockwell. Room comes fully furnished as shown in the photos.

We are about a 15 min walk from clapham and Brixton.

Bills are split three ways, it's about £68 a month each (inc internet) There is a £780 deposit for the room and we rent directly from the landlord so no dealing with agencies.

Were in a prime location for public transport, being right on the doorstep of Stockwell Tube which offers the northern and Victoria line, also we are a ten min walk from Clapham Overground, and a plethora of busses..

As for your future housemates we are both working professionals who enjoy socialising sometimes in the evenings with a couple of drinks.

Our kitchen has JUST been re-done so all of the fittings are brand new which is lovely

(PS: We are both WFH due to current circumstances and have desk spaces in our room for this. There is room for a desk in the going bedroom if things were re-arranged but we would be more than happy for you to use the dining room table in the living room if this was preferable due to space)
