Room available is a large double room on the top floor with all the furniture shown including a supersize wardrobe, Desk and Double Bed. Carpet was newly fitted in 2018 and still has an original georgian fireplace. Lots of storage for the right person.

Kitchen was newly fitted in January and has dishwasher, fridge freezer, double oven and microwave. The house has two bathrooms (one bathroom and one shower room), two toilets, living room and garden with a patio. Basement with laundry facilities.

Cleaner comes fortnightly and cleans all rooms.

All bills included including internet, google chrome, bluetooth music in the kitchen although we’ll leave you to sort out your own coal for the BBQ in the garden 😊 when the summer arrives. Garden is a sunspot as West facing in the afternoons!

House is about 5 minutes from the tube station with a bus stop less than a minute away to nearby to Brixton, Camden and Clapham. Santander cycles nearby if you haven’t committed to a bike yet and free on street parking should you have a car.

Stockwell is within walking distance of Brixton (15), Clapham (15), Vauxhall (10mins) and the upcoming Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station. So many nice places to eat and good pubs which hopefully will open up.

If you haven’t embraced online deliveries, for large supermarkets... big Sainsbury’s is about 12mins away or their is a Lidl even closer.

You would be living with a 28 year old (as I work away from London now) who tends to be about in this new normal although has discovered some of the best places to find draught beer in South London! It’s important to us that you meet as we prefer long term housemates and friends. Many of the people have stayed for 12-18months over the past 5 years! This is a home rather than a house share, we hope you feel the same way and enjoy it over a glass of wine 🍷 or a couple of proper pints!
