Great double in quiet Stockwell home

Double bedroom available, fully furnished, in shared home over two floors. Large open plan living room and kitchen downstairs and bedrooms/bathroom upstairs. There is a small open terrace off from the kitchen which is a complete sun trap in the summer!

The house is less than a 10 minute walk from Stockwell station and Nine Elms station and has many great transport links. Lots of local amenities very close by including a huge Sainsbury’s and a Pure Gym across the road, pubs, cafes and restaurants. Larkhall park is a stones throw away.

Room is a good sized double with wardrobe and small desk for if you work from home but we ideally would like someone who is doesn’t work from home all the time.

Rent is due on the 3rd of every month, bills are not inclusive but average around £199-£215 pcm (currently, but because of the new energy tariffs, it’s hard to estimate) including internet and cleaner who comes every two weeks. References required and deposit due to outgoing tenant.

Current tenants are male professionals in their 30s and LGBTQ+. We all get along really well, but we also have our own busy schedules and social lives.

The house in a total sanctuary and we ideally would like someone who treats the house as a quiet escape. Given the dynamic of the house, we would prefer another gay male.
