My flatmate is moving out to move in with her boyfriend in January (or earlier) so I have a room available in the flat I rent in Stockwell.
It's a nice, bright flat, recently refurbished and located 2 mins walk from Stockwell station, which is on the Victoria and Northern lines. The key features / amenities are:
- Large double bedroom with built in wardrobe
- open plan living / dining area opening onto balcony
- big TV
- Semi open plan kitchen with dishwasher / all usual appliances
- 10/15 mins walk from Brixton and Clapham.
- Bills come to approx £100 per month
About me - I'm 27, working as a Policy Advisor in the Civil Service (usually in Westminster but currently working from home for lockdown), I enjoy running, cycling, travelling, festivals, seeing friends drinks / dinner etc. I tend to be out and about a fair bit but also enjoy having down time at home sometimes, so I'm looking for someone easy going and tidy to share the lovely flat with.
