Beautiful large room in apartment for three months or more, move in date flexible but sooner rather than later preferred..

I've recently bought the flat and myself live in the living room and sublet the bedroom, with shared kitchen and bathroom. Ive been in flat shares without living room for past five years so Im very used to getting on with different people.

It's a spacious room with south facing windows and high ceilings.

Council tax, Wifi and tv license are included whilst water, gas and electricity, are not included.

I am a 40 year old non-smoking gay Swedish man with two cute French bulldogs which spend almost all the time in my bedroom. I'm currently on leave due to health issues but before that I worked as a psychologist., Im interested in fitness, travelling, history and spirituality and live a sober life. Ive lived in the uk for 10 years and I think a flat share works great when both are considered, quiet, helpful, tidy and communicative. This is not a party flat and I prefer someone who wants to get on well but also have independent lives. Friendly and easy going are also important and I want my flat mate to feel at home and feel like we share the place on equal basis, not like the landlord (me) is in charge. Please ask any questions
