The kitchen has a gas hob, fan oven, Nespresso Machine and washing machine. The dining space is a round table seats 4 and there’s a sofa and armchair in the living space with TV (No licence, just apps 😉)
The main bathroom is to be shared by yourself and our lovely roomie (female 22) and has a bath/shower with some under & over sink cupboard and open shelves for extra storage. The bathroom is modern and well looked after, so pretty please help maintain 🛁
The flat is located in a secure block of flats on the main road (not a busy one from around 8) and there is large off-road parking available on the estate. 🚗
