Double en-suite room

Hello! I'm looking for someone to take my room in Stockwell ASAP.
The room is a double, fully furnished with double bed, shelving, a desk, chair, small chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

The flat is a fourth, top floor 3 bedroom with a living room / kitchenette. The bathroom is en-suite. Living room also has a balcony, which is nice in the summer.

We're looking for someone tidy, independent and respectful who might be up for the occasional glass of wine or two. Would probably best suit a professional in their mid-twenties who doesn't party too hard. Current flatmate is a 25 y-o secondary school teacher who is into reading, film and theatre.

Bills all in come to about £100 a month, inc. wifi, heating, water and council tax. The building has stairs only so is not wheelchair accessible. Building has an indoor bike rack. You're about 5 mins walk from Stockwell station (Northern and Victoria lines) 10 mins from Clapham North, and a 20 min walk from Clapham Common, and a big Sainsbury's (there's a little one right next door!). Great location for accessing central London. 24 hour gym literally next door.
