Bright Double Room

Room is still available, I had someone back out last minute.

We are looking for a female housemate to move into our flat in Stockwell. A literal 5 minute walk to Stockwell station. (Northern and Victoria line). Lidl, Iceland and Sainsbury’s are only a short walk away. 10 minutes walking to Brixton/Clapham and 20 to Vauxhall.

The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, mirror, and 1 chest of drawers, The room gets the sun all day which means it’s nice and bright! All the windows in the flat are double glazed.

There are 4 bedrooms in total and 1 bathroom with a bath/shower. We have a combined kitchen/dining/living room which is fully stocked with kitchen utensils/plates/pans etc. We also have a small balcony which we sometimes use for bbqs in the summer!

The housemates: all female aged between 26-30. Two of the girls have lived in the flat for 4+ years - showing that it’s a great place to live! The house is quiet during the day with only 2 housemate working from home a few days a week. The girls like to watch reality tv and will occasionally go out for dinner/drinks together after work or on weekends but also happy to do their own things. Would love someone to fit into this dynamic too.

The rent is £715 per month which includes all bills, council tax, wifi and shared household items (toilet paper etc.) so you will only need to pay £715 each month. The deposit is £740.

The room is available first week of July and looking for someone to move in then, date to be decided, it may be sooner
