Room to let in Stockwell with off-street parking

I am looking for someone SUPER QUIET as the neighbour is ill and a bit sound sensitive. This room is available from around 15 November onwards. It's 5 mins from Stockwell tube and 5 mins from Nine Elms tube. It has its own off street entrance and parking space. It has a bed on a gallery (a simple mattress but comfortable). It has basic cooking facilities (mini fridge, microwave, kettle and small sink). There is also use of our kitchen (used by myself and 2 others). There is a shower room (used by 1 other person mostly in the morning). We have a dog, he is quiet and very nice. We have a cat. We also have a garden which you are welcome to use.
