We are looking for a flatmate for the final month before we move out as one of the current tenants is moving out earlier than the rest.
The current flatmates are all 29 and all work during the week, both at home and in the office. We all enjoy socialising with friends, going out for meals and drinks, watching tv and cooking!
The house itself is a 4-bedroom house with a very large private garden and a large kitchen/living and dining area.
Furniture provided is a double bed, desk, wardrobe and large built-in cupboards.
The house is located in Stockwell, about a 15-20 minute walk to Clapham. It is in a great location for transport with Stockwell tube a 7 minute walk away and Nine Elms tube a 9 minute walk away. There are a number of smaller supermarkets nearby, a Lidl and the large Sainsburys at Nine Elms.
