Stockwell Room with Garden Available

Hello!

I'm looking to rent out my spare room, ideally for a 6 month period.

It's £1,095 including bills and the room / flat is fully furnished, with a large private garden, patio, and it's own entrance. There is also a parking spot (no dropped curb).

Since I bought the property, it has since been completely renovated, with almost everything completely new, including the radiators, bathroom, TV, light-up bookcases, soundproofing, piano, and so on.

The flat is tucked away on a quiet road, a couple of minutes walk from Stockwell Tube Station, and not far from Oval or Brixton either.

I'm relatively flexible on both start date and end date, though preferably looking for someone to start soon and stay until March 2025.

In terms of me, I'm an easy-going guy and work in the book publishing industry. I'm usually either spending time with my girlfriend, friends and family, practicing my hobbies (learning Spanish, reading, exercising, etc.), or working in the office.

I work in the office on Monday and Tuesday each week, and I am looking for someone who will be in the office on at least on Wednesday and Thursday, so that we both have time to work at home during the week.
