Hi I’m Indy, my husband (30) and I (27) have a large double bedroom in our 2 floor, 2 bed, 1 bath, garden flat. We are Aussies looking for a clean, mature and sociable flatmate to sublet a room.

The house is fully furnished and your room (3x5m) has a bed, wardrobe, heating and double glazed windows. £1250pcm excluding bills.

The house: large shared bathroom, study area, large (10x10m) backyard, large living area with couch and a good sized kitchen with table/chairs, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

About us: I’m is 26 and a fertility nurse, Nathan is 29 and works in health consulting (wfh most days). We love playing sports, board games, coffee and the the odd pub trip. Dogs are 4 and 7 years old and are very well behaved and cared for.

We’re looking for a flatmate that is clean, mature and friendly to live who is willing to sign on for at least a year. We like to chat with housemates and have the occasional beer/watch a show together but respect that everyone needs their own space.

Move in will be Jan 6th, give or take a couple of days.
