Please note that this is a SHORT TERM ONLY as I am going to be abroad for work for 2 months.

Dates available from 29th August to 31st October only, some flexibility of 1-3 days could be possible. All bills included.

It's a 1 bed flat, very good size and very practical to live in as it's an open plan kitchen & living room. I love it here, it has many new stuff as the sofa, the furniture of the entrance, it's also a LED fireplace, making a warm and cosy vibe.
Toilet and shower are separated. Very nice style with plenty of natural light throughout. Everything needed will be provided, you don't have to bring anything. 2 Double Wardrobes, bedsit, and shelves cabinet in the bedroom. Plenty of storage.

Ideal for someone in the middle of moving houses or as a fort base while looking for something more permanent, or just someone visiting for a few weeks.

It's a ground floor with access to communal gardens. Just 2 min walking to Stockwell underground Station, Victoria and Northern Line. You can be in Victoria in 7min and Oxford Circus in 10min. Bank is just a 23min journey. Location is pretty amazing and convenient.

Only 13 min walk to Nine Elms big Sainsbury, Lidl within 5min and right opposite the building there is a local Sainsbury. Clapham Old town just a lovely stroll away. Beautiful walks in the area if that's your thing.

Looking for someone clean & tidy who will look after my place, and even though bills are included, also mindful of the high costs.

Planning to do viewings from the 26th July. Videocalls also OK, anytime really.
