It's a ground floor with access to communal gardens. Just 2 min walking to Stockwell underground Station, Victoria and Northern Line. You can be in Victoria in 7min and Oxford Circus in 10min. Bank is just a 23min journey. Location is pretty amazing and convenient.

Only 14 min walk to Nine Elms big Sainsbury, Lidl within 5min and right opposite the building there is a local Sainsbury.

Looking for someone clean & tidy who will look after the place, and even though bills are included, also mindful of the high costs.
