I have a room available in my renovated flat. It is a 3-bed, 3-bath flat, with a separate kitchen and living room. There is both a front grass garden, and back patio garden.
I am looking for someone who will love living there as much as I do. I like going out to local pubs, cooking and baking, bars/clubs every now and then, and generally exploring London with mates. I would love for whoever moves in to want to join me occasionally, whilst also being able to do our own thing.
A bit about me and the flat:
I am a live-in landlord and just back from travelling. I have put a lot of love and hard work into the flat so it very much feels like a home!
I am generally a very tidy person and like looking after the place.
My current tenant works in hybrid from the flat and an office in central.
The flat is advertised as fully furnished.
Bills are approximately £130 a month
