Hi! I'm Rob and I'm looking for a lodger to share my house with. Your room would be a fully furnished large en-suite double with built in cupboards and under bed storage (also desk can be provided if needed for WFH).

Features of the house:
- separate dining room and lounge
- garden with shed/bbq
- secure bike shed out front
- washer/dryer
- dishwasher
- wine fridge
- fast broadband + large tv with amazon prime/apple tv/netflix etc...
- parking permits available

Excellent transport connections - 7 minute walk to Stockwell tube station (Northern/Victoria lines) and similar in the other direction to Brixton centre which has loads of shops/bars/restaurants. Plus there's a bus stop just down the road from the door with night buses from central london.

Deposit is 1 month rent, looking for someone to move in asap with no minimum/maximum stay but I will be looking to move at some point next year so can only guarantee 6 months (likely to be longer though). Sorry but no smokers/couples/pets.

About me:

I'm a 31 year old software developer who enjoys pretty normal things (playing football, reading, tv/films, chilling with friends at the pub, hiking etc...). I'm easy to live with and keen to find someone friendly/likeminded to share my home.
