Hi guys,
One room will be available for long term rent in the Stockwell/Brixton area (SW9). The nearest tube station is Stockwell (Zone 2) which is a 10min. walk. You have the Victoria line and the Northern line over there. Both are night tubes which is quite convenient. Brixton station (Zone 2) is 15min. away. There are also loads of buses in the area for example the 159 that gets you quickly to Oxford Circus.
There are currently 4 tenants living in the house but two of them are moving out soon.
Our house has 4 bedrooms and a big garden. The toilet and shower are two different rooms.
The tenant is moving out in the end of August.
We're looking for someone between 20 and 29 years.
It's the second biggest room in the house for £900 (all bills inc.).
LGBTQIA+ friendly and vegan friendly as well.
I am originally from Germany and would love to share my home with other interesting people.
