Flat 3 mins from the Swan/Stockwell Station

Hi there,

I've bought and redecorated a spacious flat in London. The flat has an open plan living room & Kitchen, balcony and is completely furnished including a comfy sofa, washing machine, dish washer, standard kitchen appliances, crockery and dining table.

I'm 3 mins from Stockwell station (Northern & Victoria line), just off the main road. Im 2 mins from a Sainsbury's local/Greggs and 7 mins from a Lidl.

TV includes Sky, Amazon, Disney+ & Netflix. All bills are included, except cleaner which is £80 a month

Your room contains a double bed, Chest of draws and wardrobes and has also been newly painted and carpeted and as I'm in the office most days, you'll have access to a home office if you wish to when I'm not there. Heads up you'll need a desk and office chair for your room

I'm looking for an outgoing, tidy and fun flatmate. Although I appreciate you'll have a social life of your own going on, I'm looking for someone who will buy into being a genuine flatmate and will not use this place as a dumping ground/never here. For example you'd always be welcome to come to the pub with my mates, be a ringer in the sports teams I play in during the week and be welcomed to join in with anything that I'm hosting here at the flat.

No couples please. Although the sofa is technically big enough, my Sunday Deliveroo has unfortunately taken that 3rd spot.

About me, I gym most days, play golf, cricket, tennis and football. I like to be active but also chill after work. I work in Tech Sales and do a hybrid of WFH/Office. I'd like to think I'm pretty relaxed as long as you tidy up after yourself. I don't mind if a dish is left to 'soak' over night as long as it's cleaned up first thing the next day!
