We have a bright and spacious two double bedroom flat available, with small double that could be an office or guestroom. Max 2 people as no HMO.

Situated half way between Stockwell and Brixton, you have the best of both worlds in lovely residential flat that is 6 minutes walk from Stockwell station. Also, a 8 minute walk from the bustle (and tube station) of Brixton. There are cafe's, bars gyms, and restaurants all within 10 minuets walk. Happy to share our local knowledge / favourite spots also!

We recently remodelled and refurbished the flat, including new kitchen, floors, beds, mattresses, and furniture. The flat is over two levels, giving a homely feeling in central London.

Both bedrooms are large and bright, and will include a Divan bed frame with drawers, a mattress and a large cupboard for clothes. one has space for a desk (as you can see from pictures) so is suited for someone who works remote or hybrid. There's also a third room that's suitable as an office or a guest bedroom

There's shared bathroom between the bedrooms on the top level with a bath / shower, and another bathroom with toilet downstairs.

Inside the flat, the living room is large and open plan, perfect for sitting in and watching films, listening to music, or reading, and is adjoined by the kitchen. The kitchen has been upgraded and rebuilt to include high quality counter tops, state of the art and integrated appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, and a built in wine fridge), and provides natural light to floor the flat through the large windows and bay window in the living room.

We are looking for professionals who want to have a long term home in London, not just somewhere "they live". We are happy to be flexible if there are changes you'd like to make, i. e shelves/rearranging. We want it to be your place also, and would take on board any suggestions as to this (within reason).
