The location is great if you work in central London or want to enjoy the perks of living close to the centre. It has:

Gym (2 min walk)

A building with a bit of character

Shared area (not set up for WFH – but there is space for a desk in your bedroom)

What I'm looking for:
I think it's important to create a calm and homely environment. Ideally, you'll:

Have a similar work pattern / work in the public sector (1–2 WFH days max)

Value a quiet, calm home environment (most socialising happens out and about)

Appreciate cleanliness and tidiness

Have some overlapping interests so the flat feels friendly and easygoing

Respect the flat and shared space as your own

A bit about me:
I'm fairly introverted but do enjoy socialising in small groups. I work as a teacher and enjoy exploring the cultural side of London — reading, watching films, visiting art galleries and regular trips to the theatre.

I'm a considerate flatmate and value living in an environment where people feel comfortable to be their authentic selves.
