Gorgeous room in sun-drenched flat for rent!

Hi!
After 2.5 years, I am moving out towards the end of the March as I am buying my own place. Our tenancy runs until the 8th May, so I am looking for someone to cover the rest of my tenancy.

I am looking for someone to take my room during this time (28th March to 7th May ideally)!

The room is a huge gorgeous double bedroom with an en-suite with shower. It also has a walk-in wardrobe with lots of storage. The flat overall is very light, has a huge terrace and modern furnishings. There is a bike storage in the building as well.

The girls you’ll be sharing with a really great, very kind, funny, tidy and always up for a laugh, and most likely a glass of wine or two. They both work full time and occasionally from home. It’s a fantastic area, close to Brixton but also not too far from Clapham and Westminster so lots of parks and restaurants nearby. Close to the tube station as well.

I normally pay £1,500/month in rent and then bills on top (around £250 per month), but given the timing, I am reducing the price to £1,300 all in per month.
