You'll be staying in this bright and airy double room just a five-minute walk from Stockwell station. This flat is super well connected to the Victoria Line and multiple buses. Both Brixton and Clapham are just a 15-minute walk away where you'll find loads of great restaurants & cafes.

The room includes:
-A double bed, that also folds down into a single if you would like more space.
-Ample storage for clothes etc.
-Super fast wifi
-A desk set up
-A view of south reaching all the way from The City to Crystal Palace.

The flat includes:
- Two cats, Echo and Thisbe.
- Use of the communal living room, kitchen and balcony.
- UIse of the dishwasher and washing machine.
- Two lifts to get you up to the 7th floor.
- A separate shower room and toilet room.

Things to note:
- Living in central London means noise. If you are a light sleeper / very bothered by the noise of people outside this might not be the place for you!
- We have two cats. They are very well-behaved and will not bother you, but this is worth noting if you are allergic.
- The price listed includes all bills and there are no hidden costs!

About Us:
- We are Daniel & Serafina a married couple from London. We have been living in Stockwell for almost 3 years now and absolutely love it! Daniel is a support worker for rough sleepers in East London and Serafina is a writer. We are both quiet and respectful people who have lived with flatmates and lodgers successfully many times.
