Hey! We are looking for a professional, friendly and clean housemate to join myself and my lovely housemate in my home. The house is a new-build, spacious four storey property which is situated in a gated residential street 5 minutes walk from Stockwell station.
Price includes all bills - including utilities, wifi, a fortnightly cleaner AND COUNCIL TAX.
BEDROOM
-Spacious King Size bedroom situated on floor 2
-Modern bath and toilet (for primary use as all other bedroom are ensuite)
-Large floor to ceiling window with lots of natural lighting

-Lots of storage space
THE HOUSE
The house has a modern well-equipped Siemens kitchen on the ground floor with all the essential amenities plus dishwasher, wine fridge etc. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and a downstairs toilet. The dining room is also on the ground floor and is open plan with a large 6-person dining table, and sofa which looks out onto the garden. There is a separate living room upstairs on floor 1 with TV and sofas.
There is also a balcony on the fourth floor which is perfect for summer evenings.
