Living with two boys in their 20s, super nice and friendly and always up for a chat. Both of them work in insurance modelling, and work from home most of the week. Weekends are typically spent out at the pub, grabbing brunch and watching a bit of football. Very clean, tidy, and respectful of space but looking for someone who would be open to chilling together in the evenings.

Really well connected area, only 7 or 8 minutes from Stockwell station which is on the Victoria/Northern line. There’s a Sainsbury’s/Tesco less than 5 minutes away, and a gym just down the road. Battersea Power Station is a 20 minute walk away and is a fun place to go for drinks in the evening, and Clapham is also just a short bus ride away which is fun for a night out.

Looking for a clean, sociable person to join - open to guys and girls! Ideally in either your 20s or 30s and would be up for going to the pub or doing a pub quiz every now and again. Not just looking for a housemate, but a mate-mate!
