We’re looking for a new housemate in our three bed, two bathroom flat 🏠
It’s split over two floors with a big living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs. There’s loads of natural light and storage available including an attic. The room available is the largest in the flat, comes part-furnished and with access to your own bathroom ☀️
It’s a great location and well connected with Stockwell, Nine Elms and Vauxhall tubes within walking distance. On street parking is also available with a permit.
The room will be £1,250 per month excluding bills. The current contract runs until 1 April 2026, and then we can see what we want to do. No deposit!!
I work in a gallery and Hannah works in comms. We love a wholesome night in and are laid back and considerate of each others space. We enjoy cooking together, going to the pub, trying to be gym girlies and love hosting friends for dinner 💓
We’re looking for a working professional between 26-30, ideally not wfh. Someone clean, tidy and respectful (something we pride ourselves in) and is happy to enjoy a glass of wine or two with us!
