I’m moving into this lovely 2 bedroom flat in Stockwell on the 12th May and I’m looking for someone to take the second bedroom. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and who will bring a lovely, drama free vibe to the house ✨

£900pcm + bills, 2mins away from the tube (Northern and Victoria line), double bed and a really good sized wardrobe come with the room. You can easily fit a desk in there (as pictured - but please note that the desk doesn’t come with the room unfortunately). There’s a good sized living room and fully refurbished bathroom. It’s a really lovely spot that’s close to some great pubs, plus Clapham is a short walk away for summer time in the park! 🌞 Brixton, Battersea and Vauxhall are super close too! I really love this area and it’s very well connected. There is also secure off street parking available for one car 🚗

I love to cook at home and binge a good tv series, but always up for a trip to the pub for dinner and drinks! On the weekends you’ll find me going for a run, visiting family, catching up with friends at the pub or studying 📚

Will need to be able to prove full time employment and pass the affordability checks undertaken by the landlord. I’m looking for someone who wants to help make our little flat a home! It’s always great when you’re actually mates with your flatmates as it just makes home life that much better!
