The location is 8' walk to Stockwell Station and 15' walk to Brixton Station.
Bills and council tax are additional to the rental price and will work out around £180 per person/month. The council tax band of the property is D.
Looking for someone to move in at around end of June/July start. The contract is ending next April however there will be the opportunity to renew.
