Sunny room in stunning Stockwell house share

As our current housemate Phoebe is sadly moving out, we are looking for a replacement for her from 11 July 2024.

The room is a decent sized double with heaps of natural light, good storage and space for a desk. The room is furnished with a large king sized bed (with storage under the bed) and a large double cupboard. The desk and smaller chest of drawers pictured belongs to the current occupant and won’t be included.
There is a shared bathroom and a second separate downstairs toilet.

The property itself is fantastic with plenty of space and natural light. We have a large shared lounge separate from the kitchen/dining area that opens out onto a garden where many a barbecue will be had over the upcoming Summer!

We’re very well situated between Brixton, Clapham North and Stockwell. We also have great transport links from Stockwell station (~10min walk) with the Northern and Victoria line.

You will be sharing with:
• Josh - 29, South African, actuary. Generally in charge of the bbq and the wine supply of the house. Loves a morning park run or gym session.
• John - 32, English, accountant. Will whip up a cracking full English to manage some of the aftereffects of the aforementioned wine.
(4 letter names starting with Jo aren’t specifically required but may or may not receive special preference).

We’re both very easy going and value a tidy, peaceful space to share. We often hang out over dinner, films, board games and enjoy a cheeky pint at the pub. We’re looking for a housemate with similar interests - in particular someone who is tidy and will treat the space as their own home.

The rent will be £1087 pcm and bills come to roughly £200 pcm (includes a cleaner every second week and lightning fast WiFi).
