We are currently looking for a third professional flatmate to join our two story flat- preferably in their thirties.
The double room has a wardrobe and two chest of drawers for a lot of storage. Great light from the central window, and it is placed in the first floor of the flat.
The house has a common living room in the first floor where we like to gather for dinner, spare time watching a movie and chatting.
It aso has a nice terrace where to enjoy the weather, fresh air and even sun-dry clothes.
Bathroom and toilet are conveniently separated (located in the second floor).
The flat is conveniently located 5 minutes from Stockwell tube station and different bus stops and routes.
Supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Lidl) at 5-10 minutes from the flat, as well as convenient shops, cafés and GP centers.
The current flatmates are two female spanish professionals who like to gather at home and share evening time. At the same time, we like to give private time to each other, and respect our different life balance.
We enjoy socialising, travelling, music and cultures, as well as maintaining a positive atmosphere and relation in our home.
