Looking for someone to take over my tenancy from
July 16th 2024 - May 16th 2025. You're free to renew the tenancy for the room at the end of the current contract.

Large room with balcony access.
Shared bathroom with one other.

Council Tax, Water, and Broadband already paid for upfront. Agency tops up £30 a month per person to the utility account.

The wardrobe, drawer, bed frame + mattress, lamp, and nightstand comes with the place.

Agency is happy to provide a desk and chair or similarly remove any unwanted furniture mentioned above.

Requirements from Agency:

"Last 3 bank statements (the prospective tenant needs to have over £3000 in the bank account), employment contract, last 3 payslips , passport , visa (if applicable)"
