Friendly affordable house share near Brixton

We are 3 young professional women looking for a 4th female housemate to join our friendly house share …

The house:
- 3 floored with medium size garden where we like to BBQ when the weather allows
- 4 bedrooms
- Good sized kitchen (with dishwasher)
- Living room with TV (virgin media, Netflix and Prime)
- 2 bathrooms, one with bath/shower + toilet which you will share with two of the housemates
- Parking space available
- Close to Oval, Stockwell and Brixton stations, with excellent bus connections to the rest of London
-Council tax Band F

Your room:
- Small/medium sized double room on the 1st floor
- Double bed with under bed storage drawers
- x1 full wardrobe, plus an extra separate shelved cabinet, chest of drawers, bookshelf, bedside table with storage
- double-windows, north facing
- unfortunately there is limited space for a desk in the room so is not suitable for fully remote workers

Contract details:
- Moving in date: 11th July
- Rent: £613/month
- Deposit: £700
- Bills: approx £125/month (Internet, TV package, Energy, Water bills, Council tax, TV licence and some goes towards communal house things like cleaning products, toilet roll etc)
- No estate agents - all dealt with directly with friendly landlady
- Female preferred please!

The housemates:
-Tillie, 35, French, works in marketing, loves a nice Coffee and enjoying her yoga sessions
- Naomi, 31, from Norfolk, works in comms, enjoys running, reading, cooking. Loves a cinema or pub trip and exploring London markets.
-Clarissa, 27, Aussie/Kiwi, works as a physio, loves travelling and is overseas every few weeks, enjoys anything outdoorsy and being active (running, netball, swimming, hiking, camping, beach!)

We enjoy food/film evenings together but have our own interests and friends too :) Looking for someone to blend into our friendly house share.
