Double room available in the greatest ever flat!

Welcome, you’ve found it! The best flat share you’ll ever have.
We have:
Bedrooms ✅ (4x double rooms, 1x up for grabs, furnished)
Bathroom ✅ (actually includes a bathtub!)
Kitchen ✅ (yes, this flat even has a kitchen… ✨wow✨)
Living room ✅ (and a fairly spacious one too!)
Garden ✅ (comes equipped with nature, for your pleasure 🌹🦅🌳)
Hot tub ✅ (really, I promise we do… ok it’s inflatable, but you get the idea)

So how much does paradise cost? Rent is £775 per month for the room, this includes all utilities. We also pay for a cleaner who comes once a week, this is an additional £10 each week. So roughly £815 a month.

Rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms… But all flats have these things I hear you say. So what makes this flat the best flat ever…?

The answer to that folks is the current residents, Vivian, Chris, and soon to be joined by Rachel (a photo of Chris and Vivian is in the pictures). This dynamic trio are amongst the best flatmates you could ever hope for. So, who are they?

Vivian (30 F) is a pint sized joy pixie from Brazil (sadly not Rio, which we all know is best..). She’s moved here to sample the delights of London and works in marketing for an English school. She loves meeting new people, getting out to see the wonder that is London, and dragging poor Chris to the gym early in the morning during the week (be careful or she might try to torture you like this too). Vivian is excitingly running off for the Summer until September, but we expect have a substitute Brazilian until she gets back.

Chris (34 M) is a roguishly handsome charmer from the UK. Just trying to do right by the world, he is a Civil Servant (working from the office) and all around stand up chap (and definitely not the author of this outstanding advert). He loves cooking delicious food for others, hanging out with flatmates for bad movie night (sooooo much fun), and complaining at Vivian for waking him up to go to the gym.

Rachel (35 F) is the one in the know. Working in mortgages, she spends her time being an absolute brain-box or planning to start a grand commune in the countryside. She isn’t living here just yet, but moving in soon and we know and love her well already.

So who are you? That’s for you to tell us in your message, but we’re roughly looking for:
- 27-38
- Interesting, fun, respectful, and tidy
- Someone who wants to hangout occasionally. This doesn’t mean we have to be in each other’s pockets, but the occasional flat dinner/board game/pub trip would be great.

We are looking for an awesome person to join us for the year. Earliest move in date is 2 July but we can be flexible beyond that.
