Double en suite in Stockwell

We are looking for someone to stay for a few months until a friend moves in in early October.

Stay in a bright and airy attic room, with dedicated en-suite bath and shower room. The living space is an open plan kitchen / living room full of light, colour and plants! There is also an outdoor private roof terrace to relax in!

Currently living at the property are me and my female housemate. I am a doctor and she is a medical student so you will be in safe hands!

My place is a three bed, four bathroom property, full of light and colour, located in the heart of Stockwell for easy access to Central London as well as the nearby green parks of South West London. Little Portugal is a vibrant area in Stockwell, closely situated to Stockwell, Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Oval tube stations. Getting anywhere in London is a doddle! There are lots of cafes and shops nearby as well.

The bedroom is the attic room. It has a glass door and light-blocking curtain, which also provides some sound insulation. The room has a king sized bed. There is a chest of drawers and walk in wardrobe. There is also a desk for working from home if required. There is a wifi extender with good signal reaching the top of the house. The bathroom is a beautiful bright space. It has a small bath tub and a large walk in shower. You will have the whole top floor of the house to yourself.

The living room has comfy seating and a TV. The kitchen has all amenities required.

There is an outdoor roof terrace. It is a sunny green oasis, the perfect space to sit and drink a morning coffee.

Bills included = council tax (88 pcm), wifi (6 pcm) and TV license (5 pcm).

Bills variable on a monthly basis = electricity, gas, water and the world's best cleaner who comes roughly every 1-2 weeks (approx 15 per visit per flat mate).

We are looking for a young professional who is tidy and considerate to come and live with us for the summer and possibly further into the autumn. We are friendly and keen to have someone to socialise with, but will also be happy to leave you to do your own thing if you prefer!
