The flat is very bright and spacious with a big living room/dining room, kitchen, bathroom plus an ensuite which will be in your room.

It's only a 7 min walk to Stockwell tube station (Northern & Victoria lines).

Monthly rent is £1,200 + bills. Move in is 28th August (may have is flexibility to move in earlier), and lease runs for another calendar year (with ability to extend).

I'm 26 and work in pr. On weekends you can find me trying new pubs and restaurants with friends, hitting up the gym and Pilates, and exploring London. I'm looking for a social, clean and considerate flatmate to join me, who will double as a friend as well as a housemate.
